| | | | ABOUT THE COMPANY | | Bill Joyce Real Estate was incorporated in 1983, and was the pioneer of many of the initial infill housing developments that are as popular today as they were then. Homes were located in the neighbourhoods of Cabbagetown, Yorkville, Rosedale,Yonge/St. Clair, Davisville Village, Yonge/Eglinton, Leaside, Yonge/Lawrence and the Yonge/Sheppard corridor. Many of these homes were featured in articles in our three major newspapers.
Today we continue to provide the development, planning and marketing expertise for infill projects throughout Toronto. Our recent developments have been in Chaplin Estates, the Beaches, Cricket Club, Rosedale,Yonge/Sheppard, YongeSt. Clair and the St. Clair/Bathurst area. Presently, we are working on a 6 unit project in the trendy Queen St. W. neighbourhood.This project has 4 contempory homes in the rear and 2 traditional Victorian homes on the street.
The majority of our business involves working with Buyers and Sellers in the resale market. We are technology oriented using all of the latest internet tools, virtual home tours, digital imaging and upscale sale brochures. In June of 1994, we were the first company to use the technique of home staging in the marketing of our listings. We work in cooperation with designers and furniture suppliers to make your home into a showpiece.
